The Maine Science Teachers Association (MSTA) is seeking applications for funding to support the opportunity for science educators in Maine to work collaboratively and learn from and with each other. Scholarship funding requests up to $1,000 will be considered. Funding must be used to support Maine science educators working together across classrooms, schools, districts within the state and/or with science-based partner agencies. This can include STEM related professional development offerings and/or STEM related classroom materials/supplies. Priority will be given to proposals with collaboration between districts and/or partner agencies. Applicants must be a current member of MSTA to submit an application, send an email to mainescienceteacherspresident@gmail.com for new membership.
